Our lives are affected every day by behaviours, which we learn as children and carry unconsciously, as patterns into adulthood.
These patterns make us who we are, but can also sometimes be personally destructive. They may contribute to relationship difficulties that both, can hurt ourselves and those we love.
Changing these patterns we live by can be one of life’s most difficult tasks. Counselling assists you to explore your own patterns of behaviour and can provide ongoing support in the challenge of personal change.
